We do this through coaching and preparing the talent strategies most suited to each unique client. Leadership excellence comes from ongoing development strategies over many years, it cannot be "buttoned on" to individuals when needed on appointment to a new position. It is a proven fact that bad management practice and a lack of leadership are amongst the most destructive forces in any organisation.

The Programme has been prepared for
well qualified individuals who are in
the process of making the transition out
of the Armed Forces.
It is available in conjunction with Cedar Talent Management - a Division of Savile plc.
Its purpose is to accelerate the "onboarding" process on joining a business for the first time, so as to achieve the most rapid transition from a Service environment to a civilian organisation. For many this transition is difficult and presents a variety of challenges. Accelerate provides the necessary support so as to make the changes smoothly, quickly and effectively for the benefit of both employer and indivdual.
This is a new customised coaching and optional seminar programme delivered over a period of 6 months by the some of the most experienced and qualified executive coaches available in the UK.
